Conference in Marbella, Andalusia Spain
Our conference took place in the beautiful city of Marbella, located on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, at the Palacio de Congresos on January 22, 2022.
During the event, two prominent thinkers came together with the noble purpose of Reconciling Science and Religion: Dr. Iván Darío Moreno and Dr. Yasser El Laithy.
“Pensamie“Belief and Religion in Ancient Egypt”
More than 100 attendees in person and several hundred more online witnessed an unprecedented conference, in which Dr. Yasser revealed the discoveries made in the caves of the region known as the “Greater Sahara” in North Africa.
What in ancient times was a lush garden full of resources, according to Dr. Yasser, and today this place is a desert, has become the source of discoveries that could completely alter our knowledge of Egyptian history and culture…and consequently, of the world in its entirety, forever.
What Dr. Yasser found is the evidence that, beyond the so-called “Ancient Egypt” (approximately 3150 BC, the most primitive in the history of this culture recorded until today), there were pharaonic dynasties that had very particular set of beliefs, represented in cave paintings.
The cave paintings reveal the presence of a supreme deity (or main divinity), as well as the existence of his son, a sacrifice carried out by the latter and the appearance of trinities, among other revealing aspects.
Here is Dr. Iván’s comment on these explanations – “Curious, isn’t it? They are the same concepts that we find in Christianity and in the Bible: God the Father, the Son and his sacrifice on the cross, and his Trinity with the Holy Spirit ”-.
Likewise, Dr. Yasser mentioned the Ogdoad (four divine couples) that represented concepts such as a primordial inert water, a body of water, darkness, and a hidden nature. Of course, the participation of Dr. Iván was not long in coming, pointing out, with the Bible as a source, the passages of Creation (Genesis 1: 1-8), which mention terms similar to: an abyss, the face of the waters, an expansion in the heavens, etc.
This Conference made it possible to relate the history and biblical beliefs with those of Ancient Egypt, and demonstrate the existence of concepts that prove to have transcended and subsisted from one culture to another, from one religion to another, and beyond a particular territory. All this demonstrates, once again, the valuable, and by no means easy, work of Reconciling Science and Religion, having as representatives Dr. Iván (Religion) and Dr. Yasser (Science), both arms of a noble mission: deliver to all humanity the precious treasure of knowledge, through this Reconciliation.
This event was the prelude to the International Seminar that was held in this same city on September 17 and 18, 2022, where knowledge imparted by these great geniuses was deepened: Iván Darío Moreno and Yasser El Laithy.
